DISPATCH TIME

We aim to dispatch orders within 24hrs of cleared payment being received, subject to stock availability. ( Bank Holidays may be slightly longer).

If you have selected an item that is out of stock or Special Order we will contact you within 48hrs to advise you of an estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We have a flat rate, capped delivery charge for UK Mainland* of just £3.99, so no matter how large your order you will only pay our flat rate charge, see below for details of how to qualify for Free Delivery.

*For remote postcodes, Highlands & Islands please contact us via email, text or phone for individual shipping charges.

We use Royal Mail 24 Signed For or Courier depending on size and weight of total order.

FREE DELIVERY for orders of £100 or over, delivered to one address UK Mainland only. (For remote postcodes, highlands & Islands £3.99 will be deducted from shipping charges for orders of £100 or over)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will happily ship Worldwide (with the exclusion of the USA & Canada) please contact us for individual shipping charges prior to placing an order. Our website will not currently calculate international shipping or Highlands & Islands therefore once your order has been placed we will issue an invoice via paypal for the relevant shipping charges based on the weight, dimensions and destination of individual orders.

You are responsible for all the appropriate Import and Customs Duties

FRAUD PREVENTION

In order to protect against fraud we are only able to ship items to the registered address of the Paypal account holder.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

If you wish to cancel or return goods you must advise us via email info@hbequestrian.co.uk or text 07772 092093 within 14 days of receipt of the item and return goods within 28 days of item being delivered to you. Please give us details of the reason for return along with the your name, address & contact details, a brief item description and your order number. If an item is returned to us the cost must be born by the customer, with the exception of faulty goods.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged when being returned to us, therefore we strongly suggest you use an insured carrier with insurance to cover the cost of the item being returned and signature required on delivery. We guarantee to refund the purchase price of any item returned in its original packaging, clean, unsoiled, unused and fit for resale upon receipt excluding the return postage & packing charges provided that we have been advised by the above methods within 14 days of receipt of the item.

If you need to exchange a product for an alternative, size for example, you should send back the original item following returns procedure above. Then go on-line and order your replacement product, pay for it and we will refund the returned items when they arrive with us (excluding return postage)
